Chester
Starks, Jr. is an Educational Consultant that has been serving the community
since 1988. Getting his start as a Peer Tutor in SOS Test Preparation Program,
he has continued to focus on grassroots community service via a plethora of
ways.
As a graduate of Morehouse College in 1998 with a BA in
English and with a Masters in Education for Curriculum and Instruction from
the University of Vermont, Chester strives to balance his artistic and
academic talents to ensure community development.

home-based businesses and small business professionals find the right
personal, educational and Internet based business solutions."

Chester offers a number of CCIP
services, from basic Consolidated Grant Applications to Competitive Grant
Application. In-Service training for schools is a valuable way to train
employees without hiring another full time individual.
